Delivery
Within the UK
We use Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded service so that we can track when or whether you have received your goods. This means that, if no one is in to sign for the goods, the delivery person will leave a card to let you know that they have been returned to a Royal Mail collection office and provide details of where and when you can collect them.
You will be able to specify a delivery address different from your billing address when you checkout.
If, entirely at your own risk, you would prefer that we sent items small enough to fit through a post box by standard post, please add that request in the notes section when you check out. All wedges, shims, and spacer products will be small enough to fit through a typical post box opening.
We aim to post your goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order, Monday – Friday, and they will normally be delivered to you on the next business day after posting.
Within Europe
We use International Signed-for service. This means that, if no one is in to sign for the goods, the delivery person will leave a card to let you know that they have been returned to a local post office and provide details of where and when you can collect them.

Returns and repairs
Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the discretion of Cyclefit.
Cyclefit will guarantee all products against manufacturing faults, but cannot be resonsible for products that do not work due to wear and tear or incorrect installation.
Using wedges incorrectly can result in some discomfort or injury. Cyclefit would always recommend having wedges installed by a professionally trained Bike Fitter or health practitioner.

Privacy Policy and Terms
Whenever you deal with Cyclefit we will always respect the privacy of your personal details and account information. The UK Data Protection Act governs all data collection and storage by Cyclefit. We will not divulge your email address or send you our own emails or those of other companies unless you agree to it. You will always have the right to access and modify any data about you that is held by Cyclefit.
We will minimise the amount of information you need to provide about yourself before you reach the checkout area of the Cyclefit site. The information you do provide during purchasing Cyclefit products will always be limited to that needed for your purchase. This information will be passed from your browser to our secure server using the highest level of encryption technology possible.
Prices
Cyclefit's prices are in GBP£ and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Local import duties may be payable on orders from overseas.
