For the long road ahead...

Cannondale introduced the first Synapse twenty years ago with the aim of bringing pro-peloton materials into real-world bicycle architecture. Just because athletes weren't young and immortal, didn't mean they had lost the lust for performance. Synapse proved that real world geometry could also mean out of this world performance. The 2025 Synapse takes the concept to the extreme of what is currently plausible with material technology. The LAB71 iteration is a real-world cipher of the bikes that we fit to the EF Pro Cycling Team.

Synaptic Activity

We will be running Synapse test-bikes at Cyclefit for you to ride. We will of course also be taking custom-build commissions of Synapse frames. Cannondale's Synapse, especially in the LAB71 variant, will suit riders who want to be all-day comfortable on their bikes but sacrifice absolutely nothing in terms of pro-level performance.
