Mallorca 2024 Training Camp
22.4.24 - 08:30am - The Camp has closed this morning, the last of our guests are departing for the airport and we are packing the van for the long road-trip home. What an amazing few days. Wall-to-wall sunshine and well-judged and paced rides.
Performance Bump!
The routes were planned by Dr Jon Baker and Julian to give just the right training dose, without adverse stress. Everyone can expect a good performance bump after a few days of active recovery. Barna looked after the bikes, whilst Dr Jon advised on training, nutrition and recovery, as well as serving chilled 33 Fuel Protein drinks at the end of every day.
