Seven 622SLX Disc Cyclefit Test Bike

Seven's iconic fuselage is re-imagined - titanium lugs and carbon tubes that combine to give an unsurpassed magic-carpet ride

It's quite difficult to see how this could be improved?

Built for The Long Road Ahead

We have had three test 622's since the model's release in 2012. the first one was the first ever built and was reviewed by Stu Bowers for Cyclist Magazine - I reviewed the same bike for Cyclefit here. The second 622SLX was built for our Manchester store in 2015. Both bikes are still performing at the highest level for their proud owners. For our 2019 test bike we have taken advantage of all the latest technology advances - 44mm headtube, disc-brakes, wireless AXS, 1" chainstays, XX dropouts etc. We think we have accomplished that with this epoch-defining bicycle.

Seven, Enve, Lightweight. Any questions?

Seven's XX Programme has taken 150 grams off the dropouts

post 1:10 gradients (Swains Lane in this instance) is where you feel the dividend of 1" chainstays, wider DT & TT and 44mm headtube.

Ultra-butted 3-2.5 titanium lugs & filament wound carbon tubes.

1" Popeye chainstays look amazing and harden the drive of the whole bike

What our clients say

  • "Very very personalised service. You arrive, they expect you, greet you by first name, have checked your file from past visits and set out very clearly what the process will be, what issues they're looking to address and how and they are happy to take the time to walk you through everything in layman's terms. Almost any professional service entity could learn a lot from how Cyclefit works. "

    Peter G.

    Recreational rider

  • "A highly personalized and very friendly service, giving good advice and adjustments that are helpful whatever level of cyclist you are."

    MJ

    Cyclist

  • "I tried the shorter cranks today and I like them - it feels like it's less stress for the back and it seems easier to ride higher cadence. In the end I had a good Tour with no back problems. Thanks for your help!"

    Bauke Mollema
  • "A great service, full of personal touches as well as the "harder" scientific analysis of my position on the bike, which was also excellent. I feel more planted on the bike now, and came away with some really useful feedback from the session."

    Ed H

    London Dynamo Rider

  • "The personal service from both Phil and Julian is second to none. They have such a wealth of experience in fitting that they can almost tell at a glance if something is just a little off. It felt as though it didn't matter how long it took to get the best position possible - even for an amateur cyclist like myself. Can't recommend them enough."
